We Say: We recommend the Alchemy 7 for average-weight runners with normal arches looking for a stable, everyday training shoe. The Alchemy 7 is a great shoe for those runners that require some control yet don't want to feel like their feet are trapped in vices! You hardly notice the Alchemy 7 when you run and that is the beauty of this running shoe.
